Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer in person or virtual/telehealth visits?

Yes, we offer both! We provide in person appointments in our cozy office in midtown Phoenix and can do telehealth for those who prefer that. Note: Paige Eastwood, LPC is telehealth only.

What happens in our first session together?

Your first session is all about getting to know you and your unique story. We will talk about your specific symptoms or situations leading you to seek therapy and what your goals are. We’ll explore other areas that could be impacting you, such as family, relationships, medical history, work, and cultural or spiritual factors. By the end of the session, your therapist will make some provisional recommendations regarding your situation, goals, and how best to move forward.

What are your fees?

  • $185 for 50 minute session for non insurance appointments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). HSAs and FSAs can be a great way to utilize the tax advantages of these accounts and pay for care.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We do accept insurance and are “In Network” with the following plans:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna

  • Optum / Oscar

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • Sana Benefits

  • United Healthcare / UMR

Insurance can be a bit of a maze. While we are generally in-network with the providers listed, every plan is a little different, and coverage for therapy services can vary. Keep in mind that there are many other plans under the umbrella of these plans.

As part of our initial consultation, we’ll help you verify your specific benefits so you have a clear picture of your costs before we begin.

What if my insurance isn’t accepted? Do you have any resources for clients without insurance?

If we are not in network with your healthcare plan, you may have coverage for mental health services on an “out of network” basis. This can help you take advantage of your current insurance and reduce costs, even though we are not in network providers for your plan.

I want to get started. What are the next steps?

Great! We’re honored to be part of your journey.

The next step is for us to chat on the phone for 15 minutes to learn more about your needs and determine if we are going to be a good fit.
